Job description

We have an urgent opening for the position of Area Manager in Banca Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Handling a team of 3 to 5 Branch Managers, Further BMs Handling Relationship Managers.
• Promoting sales of the Company products, achieving and exceeding business targets set by the Company
• Achieving these targets by providing all possible support.
• Enable the sales managers in the team and equip them with the required knowledge and skill to pitch relevant products to this base of customer.
• Ensure need based selling by doing the customer profiling and educate the sales officers in the team to do the same.
• Adherence to the company Sales Management Processes & ensure adherence within the team of sales officers
• Providing daily MIS/report of performance.
• Arranging exhibitions, customer meets etc.
• Such other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.
