Regional Manager- Banca | Life Insurance

We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Manager in Banca Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Companies.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Managing a team of 3-5 Area Managers.
• Further, team of Area Managers will be handling team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers.
• Manage channel relationship, influence & ensure delivery of annual target from the channels.
• Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with Sales heads leading to continuous business development
• Study competitor activities & formulate strategies to achieve maximum market share.
• Conduct business development activities through effective utilization of zonal budgeting system.
• Drive business to ensure optimum potential utilization of the relationship/vertical.
• Maintain appropriate channel partner satisfaction on support provided by the sales team to ensure zero escalations.
• Ensure intra & inter departmental collaboration to close issues related to proposal processing.
• Adhere to statutory and regulatory norms.
