Regional Manager- NPS | Life Insurance

We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Manager in National Pension Scheme in one of the leading Life Insurance Companies.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive NPS growth and meet revenue targets across assigned geographies.
• Manage and deepen relationships with large corporates to increase NPS market share and ensure client retention.
• Lead and support the sales team to improve productivity, performance, and goal achievement.
• Conduct regular NPS awareness sessions and engage with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Acquire new NPS and annuity clients while monitoring competitor activity and safeguarding existing relationships.
• Travel to corporate locations to strengthen engagement and explore new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored employee benefit solutions and enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms, while providing timely reports and insights to management.
